Job Title: Project Assistant

Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant with experience in the power or energy sector to support our project management team.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project coordination and a solid understanding of the operational and technical aspects of energy-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of ongoing energy/power projects
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets
• Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation and records
• Assist in managing project risks and identifying issues affecting timelines or quality
• Support regulatory and compliance processes related to project implementation.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with energy industry standards, documentation, and compliance processes
• Must be based in Abuja or willing and ready to relocate for immediate onboarding.
