Summary
We are seeking an organised and technology-inclined Project Delivery Officer to support product configuration, testing, project coordination, documentation and user training.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport product configuration and implementation.
Test configured features and document identified defects.
Track project tasks, deadlines, meeting actions and follow-ups.
Prepare project updates, issue logs, user guides and checklists.
Train staff, interns and operational users.
Support clients and escalate technical issues appropriately.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, Education Technology or a related field.
One to three years’ experience in project support, software support, technology training, customer implementation or operations.
Strong organisational, documentation and communication skills.
Ability to learn software products quickly and explain processes clearly.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
