Project Management Officer

Key Duties

Clearly convey the assigned project goals and objectives as outlined by the Project Manager.
Recognize potential risks to projects and maintain an up-to-date risk register.
Assist in the creation of mitigation strategies, their execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Project Accountant, and Administrative Manager in preparing project status reports and internal/customer progress updates.
Adhere to company guidelines and follow project procedures for reporting progress and issues to meet customer and company requirements.
Create and oversee project plans and reports. Contribute to budget preparation for individual projects.
Oversee and facilitate the exchange of crucial information among company team members.
Maintain an accurate project timeline and milestone tracking system.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in a business, technology, or industry-related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience with a software development company is preferred.
Familiarity with high-value projects in a multidisciplinary environment.
Comprehensive understanding of project management processes, procedures, and Agile methodology
Willingness to visit project sites, conduct training sessions, and assess performance.
Proficiency in project performance metrics and tools.
