Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our growing construction team in Abuja.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day construction activities across assigned projects.
• Prepare project budgets, work schedules, and progress timelines, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Manage contracts, monitor costs, and control project financial performance.
• Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to project teams for maximum productivity.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships.
• Prepare and submit regular project reports, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract administration, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, or similar software is desirable.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, COREN, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
