Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate oil and gas projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and manage oil and gas projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and subcontractor activities.
Monitor project progress, costs, risks, quality, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
Lead project meetings and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage project documentation, change orders, variations, and close-out activities.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
7+ years’ project management experience, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects and contractors.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
Familiarity with relevant oil and gas HSE and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
