Project Manager (Promo Operations & Fulfilment) - Lagos

Responsibilities


Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives, both for new and existing products.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can enhance productivity and elevate the quality of products.
Promptly address escalated issues involving the products and services, and following up for timely resolutions.
Provide comprehensive product management and support for products, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
Monitoring and managing multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws, which are run for various software products, and within their calendars.
Organizing product promotion draws and events.


Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related fields.
2 to 4 years’ experience in a Project Management role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is a key advantage but not mandatory.


Skills/Requirements:


Advanced skills in the usage of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (emphasis on Excel).
Should have some background of working in any Software/Applications deployment projects.
Project Management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Very good knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Ability to manage effective project teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Integrity and trustworthiness.
Great customer service skills.
