Project Manager (Promo Operations & Fulfilment)

Educational Requirements:


A bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Social Sciences, or related disciplines is necessary.
Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years in a Project Management role.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or experience is advantageous but not mandatory.


Required Competencies:


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (with emphasis on Excel).
Should have experience working on Software/Applications deployment projects.
Project Management experience, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
Skilled in managing effective project teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated integrity and trustworthiness.
Strong customer service orientation.
Persuasive abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate in managing relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster effective communication and synergy.
Ensure the quality of content and notifications aligns with product management objectives for both new and existing products.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements that can boost productivity and elevate product quality.
Promptly address escalated issues involving products and services, ensuring timely resolutions.
Provide comprehensive product management and support, ensuring alignment with company goals and expectations.
Oversee and manage multiple marketing campaign promotions and lottery draws for various software products, adhering to their respective calendars.
Organize and execute product promotion draws and events.
