Job Title: Project Manager - Retail Outlets

Description

• We require highly experienced, vibrant, resourceful, innovative Project Managers to strengthen and meet ongoing expansion plans across the six Geo-Political zones of the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition of suitable property for Retail Outlets pan Nigeria
• Co-ordinate and make certain the availability of all Architectural Drawings, Working Drawings and Bill of Quantities for both civil & interior works.
• Make sure all necessary Building Approvals and Regulatory Fees are obtained by the contractors.
• Ensure provisions are made for Furniture Items, Shop Connectivity, IT & Power Equipment.
• Generate requisite internal approvals required to setup Retail outlets.
• Supervise all Construction and Re-construction Works & Ensure projects are completed as scheduled.
• Make sure the Retail Outlets are commissioned as scheduled.
• Ensure improvement and upgrade of Retail Shops and Outlets.

Qualifications, Experience and Skill

• Good Degrees in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the construction industry, real estate, civil engineering projects or similar roles in Telecommunications
• Proven knowledge of civil works, property acquisition, renting and maintenance.
