Responsibilities

Works closely with a project Lead to achieve project goals planning projects,
Coordinating team activities, monitoring project progress, managing budgets,
Preparing reports, communicating with stakeholders,
Addressing issues, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget
Creating detailed work plan for all projects.
Project tracking and ensuring deadlines are set and met

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

First Degree in, social sciences, from a reputable institution
At least 3 years post qualification experience on similar role.
Should be knowledgeable on project management(PMP Certified is an advantage)
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work with a project Management EPR solution
Technical knowledge and skills in project management
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work and communicate effectively with clients
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Ability to meet deadlines.

Desirable:

Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented and motivated
Proven leadership skills
Ability to track or analyze project plan and progress
Proactively discover and explore new project solutions
Proactively support to Organize and Develop a System for assigning jobs and task to technical staff to engender a seamless, effective and cost efficient as well as Friendly process of undertaking projects and reporting thereafter.
