Our client in the manufacturing sector (Hygiene & Baby Products) is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations, ensuring raw materials, production processes, packaging, and finished products consistently meet company, customer, and regulatory standards.

Lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS). Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, regulatory, and customer requirements. Oversee QA/QC, laboratory testing, product release, inspections, and traceability. Manage CAPA, deviations, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, and change controls. Lead internal, external, customer, and regulatory audits. Drive improvements in product quality, yield, waste reduction, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Manage customer complaints and supplier quality performance. Develop quality dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. Lead, coach, and develop the quality team while promoting a strong quality culture.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7–10 years’ quality management experience in manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong experience in QMS, GMP, CAPA, audits, quality control, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of SPC, root-cause analysis, process validation, risk management, and supplier quality. Professional certification in Quality Management, ISO Lead Auditing, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields is an advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and quality data analysis.
