Job Title: Quality & Performance Analyst (JV Assets)
Location: Lagos

Main Functions
Ensure activities are performed in a ‘value-for-money’ effective manner.
Enhance focus on operations excellence and innovation—continuous improvement focus.
Support collaboration and integration across disciplines, projects, and organizational borders.
Ensure that information is treated according to right level of confidentiality.
Encourage People to Generate Ideas in Line with MGT Requirements:Drive team performance, challenge the way things are done, and be the focal point for performance improvement.

Synthesize Info and Ensure It Is Well Articulated:Define, implement, and coordinate performance management at JV level (process, dashboards & KPI’s,
Integrate digital innovation into the performance management process.
Identify performance opportunities and present to JV MACOM. Manage and track implementation once validated (technical, financial, business, organizational).
Support entities in defining KPI’s and prepare dashboards to monitor and drive operational performance, share best practices in performance management.
Perform spot data-driven analysis of low-performing activities, across the full value chain.
Implement communication of KPIs to different levels of organization.
Manage Performance:Drive the Strategic Alignment process of the JV Le RADAR Projects, implements tracking plan,
Liaise with LEAN, Digital and 3C coordinators to select the relevant methodology to improve performance within the organization and ensure a transversal coherence of initiatives, avoid duplication and promote joint initiatives.
Track for Improvement / Review
Coordinate JV audits planning and coordinate translation of audit findings into performance improvements.
Adhere to good change management practice for implementation of new processes.
Support ad-hoc reporting and performance tasks as required.
Accountabilities:Coordinate Management Committee reviews, Obeya room, and projects' status updates / progress reviews meetings with JV management.
Develop and continuously improve an integrated performance management solution and mindset at JV.
Monitor progress towards goals, using performance measures.
Identify performance opportunities and risks and propose/implement projects / mitigations to JV Senior Leadership.
Coordinate performance management throughout the JV, animate network of performance controllers in entities.
Ensure through visible means that work is planned, and expectations are set for teams (and individuals).
Identify Lean and 3C opportunities, active change management.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications / Experience:Degree in Engineering or Sciences with minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Team player, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomatic, self-driven, influential.
Good analytical skills, eagerness to work with figures and optimize processes.
Organized, dynamic, open minded, ambitious, and eager to learn.
IT-savvy: expert skills in Microsoft Office and Power-BI is a requirement; motivation to become expert in other reporting & performance tools.
