Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Engineer – Upcoming Ikoyi Project

Position Summary
We are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to manage financial governance, cost controls, and commercial administration for our luxury property development in Ikoyi, Lagos.
You will oversee budgeting, BOQs, cash flow forecasting, and contractor payments throughout the construction lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish baseline budgets and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with Senior Management.
Administer and control the project cost plan across all stages of development.
Provide financial reporting, tracking actual costs against budget (monthly) and cash flows (quarterly).
Assess the financial impact of change orders and maintain accurate forecasting for completion costs.
Monitor contractor and supplier progress, measuring output against budget and schedule.
Administer monthly payment applications, manage contractor claims, and provide commercial recommendations for site execution.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management with at least 4 years experience.
Professional membership (e.g., NIQS, RICS) is an added advantage.
Proven track record in cost planning, BOQ preparation, and contract administration for major building projects.
