Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Retail)

About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
• This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring inquiries are handled professionally, complaints are resolved promptly, and customers leave every interaction satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and all provided channels promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide product/service information and guidance to customers.
• Support sales and marketing teams with customer feedback.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
