Job Title: Retail Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Summary
You will own the operational backbone of our retail and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless execution, efficiency, and scalability as we grow.
This is a hands-on role building operational excellence from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
Own end-to-end retail/operations performance, including fulfillment, inventory, vendor coordination, and service delivery.
Design and implement SOPs across operational workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Build out operational systems and tools (inventory management, order tracking, reporting) from scratch where none exist.
Monitor key operational metrics (fulfillment time, error rates, cost-to-serve, stock accuracy) and drive continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics or fulfillment partners.
Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve them before they impact the customer experience.
Train, and lead an operations team as the business scales.
Partner with finance and customer service teams to align operations with broader business goals.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, or supply chain/logistics management.
Demonstrated experience building or significantly improving operational processes and SOPs.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple operational workstreams at once.
Comfortable working with operational data and systems to drive decisions.
