Job Title: Retail SME Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail SME to support the acquisition and management of SME customers, drive business growth, and promote the bank’s products and services.
ResponsibilitiesAcquire new SME customers and maintain existing relationships.
Promote relevant banking products and services to SME customers.
Identify business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
Support account opening, onboarding, and customer documentation processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Achieve assigned business and customer acquisition targets.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions.
Provide regular reports on customer acquisition and business activities.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in any relevant discipline.
NYSC completion is compulsory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in banking, sales, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
SalaryN199,000 Monthly.
