Job Title: Route to Market Officer

Job Summary
It requires the services of result-oriented professional to grow with its team asa Route to Market Officer.
Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
Support the implementation and optimisation of route-to-market strategies across assigned territories and distribution channels.
Monitor market coverage, product availability, distribution efficiency and channel performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Analyse distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and customer performance to support effective channel management and commercial decision-making.
Monitor the effectiveness of existing routes, territories and distribution models and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics and business requirements.
Major Requirements
B.Sc./ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline.
More than four years’ relevant experience preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of Route-to market principles, distribution model and channel management.
Good understanding of FMCG sales and distribution operations.
Salary range
N20m - N30m annually.
