Sales Apprentice

Position Description


As a Sales Intern, your role will involve assisting the company in selling its products by identifying potential customers, reaching out to them, and providing support to the sales team with day-to-day tasks. Your responsibilities will include making phone calls, updating customer information, and learning throughout the process.


Primary Responsibilities


Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce our loan products and services.
Recognize and comprehend the client's financial requirements to suggest appropriate loan options.
Create leads, follow up on referrals, and ensure timely and effective conversion of leads into successful loan applications.
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and KPIs for loan product sales.
Facilitate smooth onboarding for new clients by coordinating with relevant departments to complete loan applications.
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call outcomes, sales achievements, and market feedback for management review.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by ensuring prompt and efficient responses.
Recognize sales opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Make calls, maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets.
Interact with customers professionally and empathetically, always ensuring a positive experience.
Seek new business opportunities with a focus on providing value-added solutions to clients.
Process loan applications and requests.


Qualifications


Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of previous experience in sales/marketing or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Hausa is advantageous
