Green Baskit, operated by Mimundo Limited, is a Lagos-based food production company built around a simple belief: Eating well shouldn't mean giving up the snacks Nigerians grew up loving. We take familiar local favourites kilishi, dankwa, roasted nuts, seeds and more and prepare them the clean way: naturally sourced, free of artificial additives, and made to actually taste good. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Locations: Asaba - Delta, Sango/Ota, Abeokuta - Ogun, Enugu, Ketu/Ojota/Ikorodu - Lagos, Benin - Edo, Calabar - Cross River, Uyo - Akwa Ibom, Umuahia - Abia, Onitsha - Anambra 

Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Drive retail and distribution sales of Green Baskit products within an assigned territory. Identify, onboard and manage relationships with new retail outlets, distributors and stockists. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outlet-acquisition targets. Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility and freshness at retail points. Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback. Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong, long-term trade relationships. Maintain accurate records of sales activity, visits and outlet performance, and report same to the Head of Sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Customer relationship management and business/market development ability. Target-oriented, resilient and persistent under pressure. High integrity, accountability and a genuine team-player mindset. Effective problem-solving in fast-moving field conditions.
