Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service, build strong client relationships, and drive sales across our luxury fragrance and fashion lifestyle collections.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized product recommendations and an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
Communicate product knowledge, fragrance profiles, brand heritage, and collection details effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Achieve individual and boutique sales targets.
Maintain excellent store presentation, product displays, and tester standards.
Support product launches, promotional events, and brand activations.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years’ sales experience in luxury retail, niche perfumery, or fashion lifestyle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong product knowledge and a passion for luxury brands and fragrances.
Ability to build client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Professional presentation and proficiency in using WhatsApp and social media for client engagement.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
