We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ada George - Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Identify and generate prospective clients for the company’s real estate products and services.
Market and promote the company’s properties, estates, land, and other real estate investment opportunities.
Follow up on prospective clients through phone calls, messages, emails, and physical meetings to convert leads into sales.
Provide clients with accurate information about available properties, prices, payment plans, locations, documentation, and other relevant details.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the achievement of the company’s revenue objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Conduct property inspections and site visits for prospective clients when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of prospective clients, sales activities, customer interactions, and completed transactions using the company’s approved CRM or reporting system.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the appropriate supervisor or management.
Follow up on clients’ payments, outstanding balances, and instalment obligations in accordance with the company’s approved payment terms.
SalaryN80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
