Sales Manager in Alaba

Wowtiger focus on the research and innovation of distributedenergy storage products and microgridtechnology, with international advanced new energy storage technology and complete energy storage battery application solutions. Wowtiger was leading in the area of integration of photovoltaic energy storage, off-grid two-way inverters, energy internet management system, etc. Provide customers withintegrated services of scheme design, R&D, production, sales andafter-sales of household/commercial photovoltaic energy storage systems, portable energy storage, and DC power storage.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Alaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of sales representatives, provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
• Accurately forecast sales performance, identifying areas for improvementand implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement training programs to improve sales skills and productivity.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience, preferably in the renewable energy or a relatable industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familarity with solar energy products and industry trends is a plus.
• Excellent communication , interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
