Job Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Associates
Drive team performance to achieve sales and revenue targets
Provide ongoing coaching and motivation to team members
Monitor performance and ensure consistent productivity.
Job Requirements
BSc, BA, or HND in any discipline
Proven experience leading a commission-based retail sales team
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Prior experience in HMO or insurance sales is an added advantage.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
