Job Summary
We're looking for a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to own the tools, workflows, reporting, and operating discipline behind our sales process — ensuring it's implemented, followed, and accurately reflected in our systems.
ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain the sales process — clear workflows, required info, and exit criteria for each stage.
Own the CRM and sales tools — stages, fields, ownership, dashboards, and reports.
Drive process adoption across SDRs, Sales Executives, and Account Managers.
Maintain pipeline discipline — flag stale leads, overdue follow-ups, and incomplete records.
Develop regular sales reporting on activity, opportunities, onboarding, and pipeline performance.
Turn sales data into actionable insights — conversion gaps, bottlenecks, drop-off points.
Support sales forecasting with an accurate view of opportunities and conversion probability.
Improve handovers between SDRs, Sales Executives, Compliance, Treasury, and Account Managers.
Track customers through onboarding and first transaction, flagging delays and blockers.
Maintain sales documentation, training materials, and playbooks.
Support performance and incentive reporting with clean, accurate underlying data.
Requirements3–5 years in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial operations, or sales enablement.
Hands-on CRM management experience (workflows, stages, dashboards, reports).
Strong grasp of sales pipelines, lead management, conversion tracking, and forecasting.
Strong analytical skills — able to turn data into practical business insights.
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
Confident communicator, able to establish and enforce operating standards.
Experience building sales processes, SOPs, or playbooks.
Comfortable working across sales, account management, compliance, treasury, and ops.
Fintech, payments, banking, FX, logistics, trade, or B2B sales ops experience is a plus.
Understanding of cross-border payments or international trade is a strong advantage.
