Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets daily to promote the company's products and services.
Identify and onboard new retail partners within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers.
Educate retailers on product features, promotions, and pricing.
Ensure products are properly displayed and available at retail outlets.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Submit accurate daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.
Resolve customer and retailer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Represent the company positively and uphold brand standards at all times.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in field marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or direct sales is an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
Good knowledge of the assigned territory.
Ability to use a smartphone for reporting and communication.
