Description
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Sales Supervisors to join our team in Ogun State.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve set targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor daily sales activities and track team performance of the branch.
Generate leads and support the team in converting prospects to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on branch performance.
Train, motivate and guide sales to improve branch productivity.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in sales. Experience in real estate or a related industry will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Target-driven, proactive and result-oriented.
Good knowledge of sales strategies and lead conversion.
Must be resident in or willing to relocate to the preferred branch location as there is no accomodation.
