Job Title: Salon Supervisor
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Days: Monday – Sunday (1 day off weekly)

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the salon.
Allocate duties and monitor staff attendance and performance.
Ensure customers receive friendly, professional, and quality service.
Manage customer appointments, enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Monitor salon supplies, products, equipment, and inventory levels.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
Monitor the proper use and maintenance of salon equipment and facilities.
Monitor daily sales, payments, and cash transactions and ensure proper records are maintained.
Support promotional activities aimed at attracting new customers and encouraging repeat business.
Build good relationships with customers and support customer retention.
Ensure staff comply with salon policies, procedures, and service standards.
Identify operational or customer-related issues and escalate them to management.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and salon revenue.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in a salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, retail, or similar environment.
Previous experience supervising staff or coordinating daily operations.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage appointments, staff schedules, and daily operations.
Good knowledge of sales, inventory monitoring, and cash handling.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Qualification in Hospitality, Beauty Management, or a related field is an advantage.
SalaryN80,000 monthly
