We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and responsible Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of the mall, its tenants, visitors, employees, and assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities within the premises, enforcing security procedures, preventing unauthorized access, responding to incidents, and maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times. This role requires alertness, integrity, professionalism, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and security concerns.

Conduct opening and closing security checks of designated areas Report security risks, hazards, and operational concerns to management promptly Support management with:

Security risk assessments Loss prevention initiatives Emergency preparedness activities

Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification 2–5 years’ experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or a related field Strong understanding of:

Security procedures and protocols Access control systems Incident reporting Emergency response procedures

Ability to observe and identify potential security threats Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Physically fit and capable of standing or patrolling for extended periods Ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duties when required Good report-writing skills High level of integrity, discipline, confidentiality, and accountability Should be in their 20s or, at most, early 30's

Security training certification or relevant professional security qualification Experience working in shopping malls, commercial facilities, estates, or similar environments Basic knowledge of CCTV operations, fire safety procedures, and first aid will be an added advantage.
