Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily security patrol operations.
Monitor patrol officers and ensure effective performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND certificate.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle licence.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and conflict resolution.
Must be patient, reliable, and results-oriented.
Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Age: 25–50 years.
SalaryN120,000 - N200,000 monthly.
