ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the daily operations of the security team focused on computer and network security.
Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability audits to identify potential security threats.
Coordinate incident response activities and oversee the investigation of security breaches or cyber attacks.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and maintain secure network architectures.
Provide training and guidance to security personnel on the latest security protocols and technologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and industry standards related to information security.
Monitor security systems and analyze reports to detect suspicious activities and potential breaches.
RequirementsPossess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field with 1 - 2 years work experience.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within computer and network security environments.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, protocols, and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
Experience in incident response, risk management, and vulnerability assessment.
SalaryN70,000 - N90,000 monthly.
