Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor tosupervise our security team in maintaining a safe and secure environment across our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.
Monitor security systems and patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions.
Enforce company security policies and procedures.
Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a calm and professional manner.
Train and mentor new security staff.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, and shift logs.
Liaise with law enforcement, emergency responders, and company management as necessary.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of the facility.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a security officer or supervisor (3+ years preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security administration or law enforcement is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.
Familiarity with security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control).
Physical ability to patrol large areas and respond quickly to incidents.
