The Procurement Supervisor will lead and coordinate the procurement team to ensure efficient, transparent, timely, and cost-effective sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, services, and operational supplies required for the Company's business operations.

Supervise and coordinate Procurement Officers to ensure timely and accurate execution of approved purchase requests. Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, qualification, onboarding, and periodic performance assessment. Conduct market research, price benchmarking, and supplier negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and sustainable cost savings. Ensure all procurement activities comply with approved company policies, procedures, authorization limits, and internal controls. Review purchase specifications and ensure procured materials, equipment, and services meet the required technical, quality, and operational standards. Coordinate with suppliers, Stores, Production,  Engineering, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and uninterrupted operations. Monitor procurement KPIs, supplier performance, procurement lead times, cost savings, and order fulfilment. Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, availability, and supplier reliability. Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation of sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, supplier evaluations, and related transactions. Identify procurement risks and opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Ensure effective use of the Company's ERP system for procurement, purchasing, inventory-related transactions, and reporting.

Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a seniorrole. Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory, preferably within FMCG, food processing, agribusiness, poultry, or a similar production environment. Strong knowledge and practical experience in CAPEX and OPEX procurement, including sourcing of production materials, engineering spares, equipment, machinery, maintenance items, and operational supplies. Hands-on experience using ERP systems for procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and related transactions. Strong knowledge of vendor management, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, procurement best practices, and contract negotiation. Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, price benchmarking, and cost analysis. Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong understanding of procurement controls, approval processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. High level of integrity, transparency, accountability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet procurement deadlines.
