Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for the user interface, its architecture, interaction, user research and visual design across platforms. S/he will define product direction, own the design, execution, and measure ongoing improvements against short and long-term goals on multiple products.


Responsibilities:


Create a cohesive cross-product experience including contributing to a style guide and pattern library.
Partner with cross-functional partners to inform the digital product roadmap and drive product design strategy; establish standardized and collaborative ways for your team to partner with departments across the organization to advocate for product design principles in the decision-making process.
Responsible for the end-to-end design process, leveraging product thinking, systems thinking, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping skills to deliver world-class experiences within schedule.
Build relationships with cross-functional partners and executives to expand and deepen the organizational understanding of product design within Helium Health.
Use and evolve our design system in order to craft flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals for your features. Identify opportunities where research can inspire, optimize or evaluate the design.
Actively participate and contribute to our design culture (ex: sharing work in critiques, mentoring, recruiting, and/or participating in Learning & Development courses).
Execute in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.


Requirements


6+ years of demonstrated experience implementing the product design vision across a portfolio of products and projects with a first degree or its equivalent diploma qualification.
Solid understanding of building usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.
Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
Experience working with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.
Experience with prototyping as a means to explore and convey design solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
Experience with products that depend on understanding user workflow and visualizing data.
