Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to drive the growth of the company's products among salary earners, self-employed professionals, and SMEs.
  • You will spearhead intensive prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management while delivering exceptional service to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through face-to-face visits, referrals, and community eventsto generate high-quality leads.
  • Optimize daily/weekly routes to prioritize high-value leads and maximize coverage in assignedterritories.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, appointments, and interactions to ensure pipelinetransparency.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines (KYC, data privacy) and escalate compliance concernsproactively.
  • Identify partnership opportunities (B2B2C) to expand lead generation and escalate viablecollaborations.
  • Build trust and rapport with prospects and clients through strong networking and communityengagement.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and negotiate terms effectively to close deals.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance or FMCG.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of lending products and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned territories
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Very good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
