Job Title: Senior Strategy Manager (Experiential)
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Core Focus
Develop insight-driven experiential strategy and execution plans for clients.
Propose fresh, relevant ideas to keep the agency and its clients' brands competitive.
Develop compelling strategy decks, pitch presentations, and case studies for client proposals.
Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide insights for continuous improvement.
RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution.
A Certificate or Diploma in Strategy from Strategy Trybe is an advantage.
Minimum of 4 years experience in BTL/Advertising.
Technical Skills:Develop and Execute Brand strategy and BTL Engagement Plans.
Curious, proactive, and solid stakeholder management
Creative, innovative, and analytical.
Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, trends, & brand storytelling.
