Job Summary
The Senior Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Itel Energy's renewable energy products.
The role ensures timely technical support, high-quality service delivery, and customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and safety procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, diagnose, maintain, and repair renewable energy products, including inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems.
Provide technical support to customers, distributors, and service partners, ensuring prompt resolution of product-related issues.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and fault analysis to improve product performance and reliability.
Maintain accurate service records, technical reports, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards, service procedures, and quality requirements while mentoring junior technicians when required.
QualificationsOND / HND / B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in technical service, electrical systems, or renewable energy.
Experience installing and servicing inverters, lithium batteries, solar power systems, or other energy storage solutions is highly preferred.
