We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialistto help grow our online presence, create engaging content, attract potential customers, and increase sales of our services.

Manage NiishCloud's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. Create engaging content including graphics, carousels, short videos, reels, and written posts. Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar. Create educational and promotional content around hosting, domains, websites, business email, and other digital services. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and sales. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns where required. Support SEO and content marketing activities to increase website traffic. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for new content. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help build the NiishCloud community. Track social media and marketing performance and provide regular reports. Research competitors and recommend new marketing and growth strategies.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management and technical teamto understand NiishCloud's products and turn technical services into simple, engaging, and customer-friendly content. This role requires someone who can take an idea such as web hosting, domain registration, website security, WordPress, business email, or cloud services and turn it into content that an everyday customer can understand and relate to.

Plan content rather than simply wait for instructions on what to post. Bring new creative ideas and marketing opportunities to the team. Understand our target customers and create content specifically for them. Create a balance between educational, entertaining, promotional, and brand-building content. Help position NiishCloud as a trusted technology and hosting brand. Identify opportunities to convert social media audiences into website visitors, leads, and customers. Stay up to date with social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and content formats. Test different content and marketing approaches and use performance data to improve results.

2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing. Strong writing and communication skills. Experience creating social media graphics and short-form video content. Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing. Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising. Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong understanding of how content can be used to generate leads and sales. Experience in web hosting, technology, SaaS, website development, or IT services is an added advantage.

We are looking for someone who doesn't justpost content, but understands how to use content and digital marketing tobuild a brand, attract the right audience, generate leads, and grow a business. A strong portfolio of previous social media, content, or marketing work is highly desirable.
