As a Social Media Growth Manager, you will be responsible for expanding brand visibility, increasing engagement, and building thriving digital communities across platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other platforms.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for reach and engagement.
Identify trends, audience behaviours, and platform opportunities.
Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create high-performing campaigns.
Manage community engagement and audience interactions.
Track analytics and prepare monthly growth reports.
