Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, managing online communities, driving engagement, and increasing brand visibility across digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage the company’s social media accounts and online communities.
Plan and maintain social media calendars and posting schedules.
Monitor social media trends, conversations, and platform updates.
Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
Manage audience interactions, comments, messages, and online reputation professionally.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
Track competitors and identify opportunities for improved social media positioning.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, tools, and best practices.
RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing.
Experience managing business social media accounts and online communities.
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a strong understanding of audience engagement.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, and social media analytics tools is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple platforms, projects, and deadlines.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
