Job Title: Sonographer
Location: Warri, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations, produce accurate diagnostic images, maintain equipment, and provide professional, patient-centred care.
Perform general ultrasound scans in line with clinical protocols. Prepare patients, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and privacy. Capture, assess, and document clear diagnostic images. Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality. Work closely with radiologists, doctors, and other clinical staff in meetings, audits and research projects. Ensure ultrasound equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained.
Relevant qualification in Medical Sonography, Radiography, or a related field. Current professional licence/registration (post graduate diploma in ultrasound is an advantage). Must have completed NYSC. Minimum of 2 years experience post MBBS or RRBN registration. Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and within a team.
