Job Description
The Spy Driver will provide safe, efficient, and professional driving services to senior management as required. The role requires excellent knowledge of road safety regulations, good vehicle maintenance habits, and discretion when handling confidential information.
You will be responsible for driving the Managing Director safely and efficiently while discreetly monitoring, observing, and reporting relevant information that may impact the MD's safety, productivity, and business interests. The role requires exceptional confidentiality, loyalty, and professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe and reliable transportation for the Managing Director.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the MD's activities, schedules, and engagements.
Observe and report relevant incidents, concerns, or developments affecting the MD or company operations.
Monitor routes and identify potential security risks.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times.
Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance and movements.
Remain alert and responsive during official assignments.
Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
RequirementsMinimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
At least 4 years of professional driving experience.
Strong observation and reporting skills.
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Security or intelligence experience will be an added advantage.
