Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Station Supervisor to oversee daily station operations and ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
The ideal candidate will manage staff, monitor station activities, ensure safety and compliance, resolve customer issues, and maintain high operational standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily fuel station operations, ensuring smooth service and minimal downtime.
Supervise station attendants and support staff, manage schedules, and monitor performance.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of fuels and hazardous materials.
Manage inventory of fuel, lubricants, and station supplies, and report shortages or discrepancies.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
Job Requirement
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Previous supervisory or operations experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
SalaryN100,000 per month.
