Job Title: Station Supervisor
Location: Owerri, Imo About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Station Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our filling station. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, supervise station personnel, maintain operational standards, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
Supervise and coordinate daily station operations. Monitor fuel sales, stock levels, and inventory records. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Supervise station staff and ensure excellent customer service delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Monitor cash handling processes and reconcile sales records. Ensure the cleanliness, security, and overall maintenance of the station. Address customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly. Coordinate product receipt and dispensing activities. Assist in achieving sales and profitability targets.
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. High level of integrity and accountability.
