Job Title: Store Sales Representative

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Work mode: On-site
Work Hours: Monday – Saturday; 9:00am – 5:00pm

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Sales Representative to manage daily activities at our Gbagada store. The role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, maintaining store tidiness, and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers, providing excellent service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales by promoting products, upselling, and guiding customers to make the best choices.
• Maintain the tidiness, cleanliness, and professional presentation of the store.
• Ensure accurate pricing, proper product display, and attractive merchandising.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and promptly report shortages or issues.
• Process transactions and maintain proper accountability for sales and stock.
• Occasionally be present and support the operations team at Sippy Life events to manage and account for drinks.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or store operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining store standards.
• Must reside in Lagos and be available to work on-site in Gbagada.

Compensation & Benefits

• N100,000 / Month (Net)
