Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales performance.
• The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for retail and a talent for motivating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate store staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Track sales targets and assist in achieving store KPIs
• Train and mentor new employees
• Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of experience in retail or store supervision
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
