Job Summary
Oversee floor operations, monitor staff performance, ensure excellent customer service delivery, and maintain operational efficiency across shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise floor staff, front-of-house, and daily branch activities.
Ensure adherence to company operational policies, customer service standards, and punctuality guidelines.
Resolve customer inquiries and operational bottlenecks promptly during shifts.
Prepare daily shift reports and submit performance summaries to management.
RequirementsProven supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant operations, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, and high accountability.
