Supply Chain Intern

We are seeking a pharmacy graduate to join our supply chain team as an intern.
The role provides hands-on experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management, covering procurement, inventory control, distribution, and regulatory compliance.
The intern will support daily operations and contribute to process improvements that ensure medicines and healthcare products reach patients safely and efficiently.


Responsibilities:


Assist with pharmaceutical inventory management to ensure availability and prevent stockouts.
Support procurement by preparing purchase orders and tracking supplier deliveries.
Help coordinate logistics and distribution of medicines to facilities/customers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
Participate in demand forecasting, supply planning, and reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation of stock movements and transactions.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D).
Strong interest in supply chain and logistics.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of the internship, the intern will:
Gain practical experience in pharmaceutical supply chain operations.
Understand procurement, inventory, and distribution processes.
Apply pharmacy knowledge to ensure safe and compliant handling of medicines.
