Job Description
Relief360 Limited is seeking a hands-on Technical Facility Manager to oversee facility operations and carry out routine maintenance and repairs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and resolve routine electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance faults.
Monitor generators, pumps, water treatment systems and other facility equipment.
Conduct inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Maintain asset registers, work orders and maintenance reports.
Coordinate specialist contractors and ensure compliance with safety standards.
RequirementsOND/HND in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field; equivalent relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
Strong practical troubleshooting and repair skills.
Good organisational, communication and reporting skills.
Experience in facility or building maintenance is an advantage.
