Technical Project Manager

Essential Qualifications


In this position, you will be expected to:


Oversee and coordinate comprehensive project execution, encompassing project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment.
Implement agile methodologies to facilitate iterative development, frequent feedback loops, and ongoing enhancement.
Establish project objectives, scope, and success metrics, while monitoring and reporting progress to upper management.
Create and maintain a detailed project timeline and work strategy.
Facilitate regular project meetings, oversee communication channels, and deliver timely updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Foster engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, promoting a collaborative approach.
Forecast resource requirements to achieve objectives and efficiently manage resources.
Develop budgets based on project scope and resource needs.
Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution process.
Evaluate progress and implement necessary adjustments.
Assess project performance to identify areas for improvement.


Qualifications

Mandatory:


Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline, coupled with 4-5 years of progressive technical project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
Extensive knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Track record of guiding projects through their entire lifecycle.
Exceptional analytical capabilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and high level of resourcefulness.
Proven ability to complete projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints.


Desirable:


Advanced or Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
