Telecommunications Infrastructure Coordinator

Duties

Product Strategy & Planning:


Craft and implement the product roadmap for fixed network solutions.
Perform market analysis and competitor evaluation to recognize trends, customer requirements, and business prospects.
Convert market and customer needs into product requirements documents (PRD).


Product Lifecycle Management:


Spearhead cross-functional product teams throughout the entire product journey – from ideation to retirement.
Work in tandem with R&D to ensure punctual and superior product delivery.
Assess product performance after launch and implement enhancement strategies.


Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:


Formulate and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
Create product presentations, specification sheets, white papers, and other sales support materials.
Assist sales and marketing teams with technical and commercial product education.


Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:


Act as the internal customer advocate, ensuring harmony between product development and customer needs.
Interact with key clients and partners to collect feedback and drive product innovation.
Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.


Business Analysis:


Monitor product performance indicators (e.g., revenue, margin, market share).
Evaluate product profitability and contribute to business planning and forecasting.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fixed broadband or telecom infrastructure sector.
Robust technical understanding of fixed network technologies, including:
Fiber Access (FTTH/FTTB/FTTC, GPON/XGS-PON)
DSL technologies (VDSL2, G.fast)
IP Routers and Switches
Network Management Systems
Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional team leadership.
Outstanding analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
