Ajoke Group is a distribution company that deals with the supply of major FMCG's products nationwide. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Gbagada / Bariga / Oworo / Somolu - Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

Contact existing and prospective customers by phone to promote and sell company products. Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly. Follow up with customers on previous orders, pending payments, and repeat purchases. Maintain regular communication with customers to build and sustain good business relationships. Identify new sales opportunities and introduce customers to relevant products and promotions. Provide customers with accurate information on product availability, prices, promotions, and delivery arrangements. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and potential sales leads to convert them into actual orders. Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Distribution teams to ensure customers' orders are properly processed and delivered. Keep accurate records of customer calls, orders, follow-ups, and sales activities. Monitor customer feedback and complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department. Follow up with inactive or low-purchasing customers to encourage repeat orders. Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management. Maintain a good understanding of the company's products and current market trends. Ensure all customer interactions are professional and in line with company standards. Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.

N75,000 - N85,000 / month.  Application Closing Date
